Brittany Ryan (Producer)
Brittany Ryan is a Chinese-Métis Vancouver raised, Toronto-based arts manager and producer. Producing highlights include the 2017 national tour of The Fish Eyes Trilogy and Boys With Cars by Anita Majumdar, a U.S. tour of Carmen Aguirre’s Broken Tailbone to the Encuentro des las Americas festival in Los Angeles, and Signal Theatre’s world premiere of Bearing, a dance-opera involving over 40 artists examining the legacy of Indian Residential Schools in Canada. Brittany is also the General Manager of Signal Theatre, a trans-disciplinary intercultural performance company based in Toronto. She has worked as a stage manager, production manager, designer, and producer with performance companies all over Canada including Article 11, Urban Ink, Native Earth Performing Arts, and the National Arts Centre. Brittany trained at Ryerson University in Performance Production.
